Project Brief
Flash Pack brought me on board for my 10th assignment with them, to capture their flagship Antarctica trip with a full suite of visual content for marketing and social media, including: cinematic video, interviews with guests and expedition guides, drone footage, UGC-style social content.
The Approach
As with all my assignments for Flash Pack, I joined the group as both a documentarian and fellow traveler - this approach ensures authentic, intimate moments are captured alongside epic landscapes and wildlife.
Antarctica from the air
For this project I was able to obtain a commercial drone permit under the license of our ship, by completing an IAATO competency exam. Drone use is otherwise prohibited in Antarctica.
Giving Flash Pack and their customers access to a rare perspective of the Antarctic wilderness.
